* Before dispatching a service vehicle under Level 5, we will attempt to diagnose, clear the fault, and restart the generator remotely whenever possible. A service vehicle will be dispatched only if remote resolution is unsuccessful.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Liquid Cooled Generators Require Custom Quote

Liquid Cooled customers will receive a customized estimate by email with the monthly payment amount for approval. This pricing represents a starting rate and will vary based on generator size, configuration, and location.

Payment Agreement

* All Protection Plans are billed monthly and require a minimum commitment of twelve consecutive months. After the initial twelve month term, plans continue on a month to month basis unless canceled in writing.
* I authorize Adirondack Generators to charge my credit card the selected monthly amount for my Generator Protection Plan, with a minimum commitment of twelve consecutive months. After the initial twelve month term, I may cancel at any time with written notice.
* Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Early cancellation prior to the twelve month minimum may result in the remaining balance becoming due.

If you prefer not to enter your credit card information online, you may contact our office at 518.224.1492 and we will be happy to process your payment by phone. Please note this enrollment form must still be submitted to activate your Protection Plan.

* By enrolling in the Adirondack Generators Protection Plan, you agree to the selected level of coverage and the associated service terms.
* Protection Plan coverage begins only after payment has been successfully processed.
* Coverage is limited to services specifically outlined in the selected plan.
* Protection Plans do not include failures caused by improper installation, lack of maintenance, fuel supply issues, extreme weather, misuse, or conditions beyond the control of Adirondack Generators.
